ORIGAMI

Origami is a meditation for me. Folding paper soothes and centers me. I particularly love making paper containers — boxes, envelopes, and folders — and I also enjoy creating handmade notecards with origami details.

Origami Box

A square modular box with an embellishment. I am a fan of Tomoko Fuse’s ingenious and elegant designs. I have glued a separate origami ornament to the top of this one.

Origami Baubles

Individually, these squares are destined to be attached to notecards. But I like seeing them together in a group!

Shanghai Stars

This quilt-like design is one of my favorites. I use it to decorate boxes and (as shown) on notecards. I never tire of choosing the papers to combine in these sweet stars.

Rectangular Box

A modular rectangular box. Perfect for gifts that are not square, and so cleverly designed by Tomoko Fuse.

I love making my own blank notecards, each with a pretty folded paper dress on the front.
